Takes a long time to get going huh?
Anyway, the Meta-Game of this is awesome, such a great concept. Hopefully they can tighten up the gameplay.
I don't know, by May the 360 was still ahead by 3 million units

It doesn't matter though, I mean it's fun to follow but really doesn't have an effect on anyone but us nerds.
If the 720 is releasing next year as rumored an aggressive price drop on the 360 just might be the ticket though...get the 360 in as many new hands as possible, make them comfortable with the Xbox brand and Live. Then they'll be ready to upgrade in 2014/15 when the early adopter's surge starts to fade.
Who knows, I'm not a pro, just interested in the business.
lol
How long have they been "in the middle" of that project though?
More money for David Cage's "games" I guess
:(
Good point but I guarantee that Liverpool was more profitable than Team ICO, even down to "dollar per employee".
And I think you're also right about them closing down ICO after Last Guardian (if it ever comes out).
Edit: From GAF
What in the world?
Bigbig Studios releases Vita game, Sony closes them.
Zipper Interactive releases Vita game, Sony closes them.
Studio Liverpool releases Vita game, Sony closes them.
How is Team ICO still up and running?
How are these guys closed and Team ICO still up and running?
And I don't even have a PS3
That ain't good
Sure I can complain.
Two words: "Opportunity Cost".
*yawn*
smh
Well that ain't good. Cross one more off the chalkboard.
Day one
Does Nintendo do something like this? through the virtual console or whatever it's called?
Honest question, I have no idea.
Fanboys are sensitive.
News at 11.
Borderlands is one of my favorite games this gen. Underdome is a real chore though, lot's of grinding for very little reward. I never finished it. The safe is nice though. All of the other DLC is fantastic though.
Thanks for the civilized responses guys, all good points. I think Gamescon and TGS are really going to make or break the Vita though. I'm still blown away how Sony failed to highlight it during E3.
Wonderbook. Really Sony? Wonderbook?
Edit: Regarding the 3DS, Nintendo had to put a very aggressive price cut in there which I'm not sure Sony can afford. Combine that with Nintendo's proven first party handheld titles and I think that's why ...
Because with a larger user base the chances of making a profit increase.
Anyway, good luck to the guy. Fortune favors the bold and all that.
